Sophia’s 8-week yoga courses are designed with a clear intention, whether that’s reducing stress, improving balance, or cultivating mindfulness. Each course weaves together guided yoga classes with evidence-based insights into how and why yoga supports the chosen focus, giving you both the practice and the science behind it.
As the weeks progress, the practices gradually build in depth and challenge (where appropriate), helping you work steadily toward your goal and experience the full benefits of a regular practice. Depending on the course, sessions may include movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, carefully structured to support mind, body, and ability.
Once purchased, the course is yours to return to anytime, allowing you to revisit the practices and continue your growth at your own pace.

meet your instructor

Sophia is a qualified yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice, bringing both depth of experience and genuine passion to her teaching. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London, where she is developing a strong scientific understanding of the mind-body connection.
With a vision to bridge science and yoga, Sophia is dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being, whether in personal life or in the workplace, helping people feel more balanced, resilient, and productive. Drawing on her background as both a teacher and student, she designs sessions that are evidence-informed, purposeful, and tailored to the unique needs and intentions of each individual or group.
