Sophia is a qualified yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice. 

Originally from the UK, she decided to leave corporate life in London and build her own evidence-based yoga business in Australia.

Sophia holds a First Class Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and is currently completing a second Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London.

Drawing on both ancient yogic wisdom and contemporary research in psychology and neuroscience, her teaching highlights how embodied practices such as mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, and meditation can support mental well-being and cognitive function.

With positive and vibrant energy, Sophia teaches strong, dynamic, and rhythmic classes where music, movement, and breath are seamlessly woven together. Her sequences balance focused attention with effortless ease, guiding students toward a flow state.

Her teaching is diverse, ranging from dynamic sequences that enhance attention and focus to slow, restorative practices that support emotional regulation and calm the nervous system.

The intention is simple: to leave feeling empowered, uplifted, and deeply connected.
