Sophia is a qualified yoga teacher with over 15 years of personal practice.
Originally from the UK, she decided to leave corporate life in London and build her own evidence-based yoga business in Australia, blending ancient wisdom with modern science.
Sophia holds a First Class Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and is currently completing a second Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London.
Drawing on both ancient yogic wisdom and contemporary research in psychology and neuroscience, her teaching highlights how embodied practices such as mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation can support mental well-being and serve as targeted therapeutic interventions for mental health disorders.
Her classes are diverse, ranging from dynamic sequences that enhance focus and clarity to slow, restorative practices that support emotional regulation and calm the nervous system. Every class and course is suitable for every mind, body and ability.
